Cause: built in 1913 by w gray & co, west hartlepool. owned a time of loss by by soc anon des chargeurs de l'ouest. two boilers, triple expansion engine of 250 nhp, single shaft. machinery by central marien engineering works ltd, west hartlepool. passage glasgow for st naziare. torpedoed by u-60st en-route from glasgow to st nazaire. (ww1sl, dods & shipwreck index of the british isles).
