NCA. 13.11.12 SHOWN IN 5741.077N, 0156.308W [WGD] ON SUPPLIED CHART IMAGE. STILL IN POSN IN SEPTEMBER 2012 HAVING SURVIVED THE WINTER STORMS. A VERY PROMINENT FEATURE WHICH SHOULD BE CHARTED.
