THE LEAST DEPTH APPEARS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH AN OBJECT ATTACHED TO THE VESSEL, POSSIBLY A FLOAT OR MAST. WILL BE RAISED ONCE MAIB INVESTIGATION COMPLETE.(FOST HM, H102 SWOHM2/001/17).
