Cause: 26.3.1911 boiler from wreck of the spanish steamer 'setiembre'. on passage bilbao for cardiff with iron ore. came into crow sound for shelter. ran onto the hats & became a total wreck. date of loss 26.3.1911. vessel, built in 1889 by w doxford & co. ltd., sunderland, ran ashore on the hats, crow sound, off st marys, scilly isles, whilst on passage porman to maryport.
