Cause: 14.3.89 vessel, built in 1982 by k.k. imai seisakusho, iwagi and owned by eternal line s.a., sunk when cargo shifted in heavy weather while on passage aveiro and leixoes to liverpool. was blown ashore while endeavouring to reach anchorage in st ives bay. (ll, 14.3.89 & msd).
