CRANE HAS BEEN BOARDED BY MR JAMES ROONEY, WHO HAS SECURED ROPES TO CLIFF FACE AND IS CLAIMING SALVAGE RIGHTS. NO IMMEDIATE EFFORTS TO REFLOAT ARE PLANNED.
