Cause: built in 1929 by lithgows ltd, port glasgow. owned at time of loss by larrinaga ss co ltd. three boilers, triple expansion engine of 359 nhp, single shaft. machinery by d rowan & co ltd, glasgow. passage the tyne for the st lawrence. bombed and taken in tow. later broke her back on the herd sand. salvage operation abandoned. (sibi).
