LIES IN AREA OF FLAT SEABED COVERED WITH INNUMERABLE TRAWL SCOURS AND IS PROBABLY A FASTENER AND STANDS ABOUT 1MTR HIGH. (HMS HECLA, HI 322). AMEND FOUL IN REVISED POSN. BR STD.
