Cause: built in 1909 by chantiers navals anverois of hoboken. owned at time of loss by armement adolf deppe. passage le havre for newport. torpedoed by u-113 between 3-5m wnw of trevose hd and sank in 5 minutes. (dods, llww1, ww1sl, krieg zur zee, sibi).

EXTREMELY BROKEN UP, THE ONLY RECOGNISABLE FEATURES ARE THE BOILERS AND THE ENGINE BLOCK. THE BLOCK STANDS AS THE HIGHEST PART WITH 44MTRS OVER AT HW SPRINGS. THE MAIN WRECKAGE IS COMPRISED OF RIBS AND PLATES FROM THE HULL AND SUPERSTRUCTURE. (J ROSEVEARE). AMEND TO WK 45MTRS IN REVISED POSN.
