Load: general and mixed goods

Cause: built in 1918 by workman, clarke & co ltd, belfast. owned at time of loss by port line ltd. four boilers, ?two triple expansion engines and two lp turbines of 984hp. passage london for auckland and lyttleton. torpedoed and sunk by german aircraft whilst in convoy. sixteen crew lost. (sibi, dods).
