Cause: built of iron in 1881 by s ravenscroft, j bowen & winsford. owned at time of loss by salt union ltd (j monks). one boiler, 2 cylinder direct (?simple expansion) engine, single shaft. passage fleetwood for liverpool. foundered in wnw force 6. (sibi).

NOT SWEPT DUE TO NUMEROUS NETS AND LINES. (NP 1016, HI 758).
