(william a andrew, manager). sold on 4.12.39 to the straits ss co ltd, liverpool, (lovell d mack, manager), and renamed 'penrhos'. sailed from penmaenmawr, north wales, to livepool on 1.1.42. struck a mine and sank 243 degs, 1 mile from the n constable buoy. four crew lost with the sinking.
