ONE OF STEEL/CONCRETE SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION 20 BY 4 BY 0.25MTRS DEEP. TWO TRIANGULAR CONCRETE RAFTS ENCLOSED BY STEEL BASE PLATE AND SIDE PANELS. EACH IS 40 BY 20 BY 0.5MTRS DEEP.
