Cause: cut in half by `madge wildfire' whilst en-route greenock to gourock at 7.30pm. 3 lost and the captain rescued. (clyde shipwrecks).

DCS3 HT 1.7MTRS, LENGTH 8MTRS. SONAR TRACE INDICATES BOAT-SHAPED CONTACT ORIENTATED 105/285DEGS ON SAND AND MUD SEABED.
