GREATER PART OF THE WK IS CONCENTRATED IN AN AREA 130FT X 60FT. WK HAS FALLEN BACK ON ITSELF, SO CONCENTRATING THE WK STILL FURTHER. A THIN SCATTERING OF WRECKAGE INCLUDING MASTS, WINCHES, GIRDERS, STEEL PLATE AND GENERAL RUBBLE COVERS AN AREA OF ABOUT 200FT RADIUS AROUND 523220N, 085547W. THE SHIP HAS BEEN SYSTEMATICALLY SALVAGED OVER THE YEARS BY AUTHORISED AND CLANDESTINE DIVERS WITH AND WITHOUT EXPLOSIVES. WK PRESENTS NO HAZARD TO YACHTS OR SMALL BOATS LIKELY TO GO CLOSE TO THE REEFS. DURING SUMMER MONTHS IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR DIVERS TO LOCATE WK DUE TO THE VERY HEAVY SEAWHIP (WEED) GROWTH IN THE AREA. (R EDMUNDS, DS5, FOR SALVAGE GROUP).
