LEAST DEPTH 28.8MTRS IN GEN DEPTH 29MTRS, LENGTH 12MTRS, WIDTH 5MTRS, HEIGHT 3MTRS. OBSTRN OBSERVED BY DIVER AS A TRIANGULAR STRUCTURE LYING ON ITS SIDE COMPOSED OF TUBES IN TWO LAYERS AS A CRISS-CROSS PATTERN. POSSIBLE LEG OF AN OIL RIG. (H102, DTD 19.10.18). AMEND OBSTN 27.5MTRS.
