NOT PROPERLY IDENTIFIED BUT APPEARS TO BE A BARGE CONTAINING A BOILER. LENGTH ABOUT 40FT. STANDS SOME 6FT HIGH. LIES ON HEADING 215 DEG. (HMS CHALLENGER, HN 13.11.90).
