DCS3 HT 4MTRS, LENGTH 80MTRS, WIDTH 30MTRS. HAS NO CLEAR SHAPE BUT LIES 155/335DEGS. MAGNETOMETER INDICATED FERROUS CONTENT OF 60 TONS. (HMS BULLDOG, HI 533). INS AS WK 49MTRS.

- NM 2106/93. HH100/351/13 10.10.97 DIVED IN 502012.5N, 021212W [OGB] USING DECCA. A LARGE WOODEN SAILING VESSEL MOSTLY WELL BROKEN UP AND COLLAPSED. CARGO ON SEABED CONSISTS OF HEAVY WIRE CABLE IN COILS PLUS BRICKS. MANY BOTTLES SUGGEST A DATE OF C1870 - 1900. (N R CHIPCHASE, 8.10.97). NCA.
