OPEN HATCH JUST AFT OF THE BRIDGE WHICH GOES DOWN TWO DECK LEVELS. PARTS OF THE SIDE PLATING BREAKING UP. STBD SIDE HAS BEGUN TO COLLAPSE INWARDS. LIES WITH LIST OF ABOUT 5DEGS TO PORT. A 2 INCH AA GUN IS ON THE STERN, BUT HAS FALLEN OFF ITS BASE. STERN PART IS THE HIGHEST PART. LARGE OPEN HATCH ON STERN DECK. (T WOODCOCK, 1.7.98). NCA.
