OPEN HATCH JUST AFT OF THE BRIDGE WHICH GOES DOWN TWO DECK LEVELS. PARTS OF THE SIDE PLATING BREAKING UP. STBD SIDE HAS BEGUN TO COLLAPSE INWARDS. LIES WITH LIST OF ABOUT 5DEGS TO PORT.
