(HMS HYDRA, HI 5B/66). H6328/87 15.3.89 LARGE MAGNETIC SIGNATURE LOCATED IN 531106N, 024217E [OGB] USING SYLEDIS. SUBSEQUENT EXAMINATION REVEALED A REPETITION OF MAGNETIC CONTACT BUT NO OBSTN WAS FOUND ABOVE THE SEABED. ASSUMED TO BE SIGNIFICANT FERROUS OBJECT THAT IS COMPLETELY BURIED. RECOMMEND CHART AS FOUL. (NP 1008, HI 412). INS FOUL. BR STD. HH090/806/01 2.3.99 LOCATED IN 5311.10N, 0242.28E [WGD] USING DGPS. NOT SEEN ON DCS3 OR E/S. MAGNETIC ANOMALY ONLY. APPROX 22 TONS FERROUS CONTENT. RETAIN AS FOUL. (HMS ROEBUCK, HI 806 AREA A). BR STD.
