Cause: built in 1964 in westerbroek. home port delfzijl. oil engine of 360hp, single shaft. passage uddevalla for barry. cargo calcium carbide. grounded on cable rock. was abandoned after water contacted the cargo. floated off on the rising tide with severe list to stbd and part of the upper deck awash. drifted into st bride's bay and sank n of skomer island.
