Cause: ex-cirndh, ex-styrmion. built in 1918 by palmers co ltd, hebburn-on-tyne as war camel by never sailed under that name. owned at time of loss cia maritina internacoinal. three boilers, triple expansion engine of 517 nhp, single shaft. passage newport for la goulette. encountered a severe nw gale, lost steam pressure and went ashore near pendeen. no lives lost. later partially demolished for scrap. (sibi).
