Cause: repd sunk 4c s of sheep island while attempting to enter harbour in heavy weather. was on passage belfast to milford haven. carried a 4.7in gun. (e giles & n/ho/940/12/69) built 1942 in belfast with twin shaft oil engines. all crew lost. sank after taking in water over bow ramp in bad weather when seeking shelter in milford haven. (sibi)
