Cause: built in 1990 by b v scheepwerft 'waterhuizen'; j pattic, waterhuizen. owned at time of loss by accent shipping co ltd, limassol. six cylinder oil engine of 1599bhp, single shaft. passage glasgow for dublin. ran aground and later sank when the oow (chief officer) fell asleep while standing by the engine controls and missed an alteration of course. crew recovered.
