WK IS TOTALLY COLLAPSED, BROKEN UP AND WELL DISPERSED AMONGST THE KELP COVERED ROCKS. ONLY THE IRON RIBS AND A FEW TWISTED PLATES AND GIRDERS REMAIN. (R YOUNG). INS AS FOUL. BR STD.
