Cause: built in 1907 of wood by henry reynolds, oulton broad, lowestoft. originally owned by john may, buckpool. hired as an auxillary from may 1915. one boiler, compound expansion engine of 75 ihp, single shaft. sank while on anti-submarine duties following collsion with s trawler hms ouse. (d c wendes).
