NE 1191. 18.5.73 NOW CHARTED AS WK USC PA 15MTRS. (TONNAGE KNOWN). NC 2567. H6331/87 3.2.88 NO INDICATION OF WRECKAGE FOUND. (LAND & MARINE, HI 414B). AMENDED DEAD. BR STD. HH100/351/20 18.8.03 BELL RECOVERED FROM HMS RUTHIN CASTLE IN 5436.708N, 0052.530W [WGD]. (R YOUNG/G FURSE TELECON 13.8.03). CHART AS NDW. BR STD. HH100/351/20 5.9.03 WK LIES IN QUITE SHALLOW WATER AND IS WELL DISPERSED. A GOOD DIVE FOR NOVICE DIVERS. (R YOUNG/J DILLON TELECON 21.8.03). NCA. HH100/351/21 4.6.04 FIRST DIVED IN JUNE 2003. AN ARMED TRAWLER LYING ON THE PORT SIDE. FAIRLY WELL DECAYED AND DAMAGED. MOST OBVIOUS DAMAGE IS IN THE AREA FWD OF THE SINGLE BOILER, THIS IS BROKEN UP AND SPREAD ABOUT THE SEABED. LARGE TRIPLE EXPANSION ENGINE IS LYING OVER TO PORT. AT THE STERN IS A GUN, ALSO OVER ON ITS SIDE. LYING ON THE SEABED. BELL LOCATED ON THE SEABED SOME 20MTRS OFF THE PORT SIDE OF THE VESSEL. MAKER'S PLATE ALSO LOCATED ON THE SEABED JUST FWD OF AND ON THE PORT SIDE OF THE BOILER. LIES NEXT TO A LARGE ROCKY REEF ON A FAIRLY HARD SEABED WITH SEVERAL BOULDERS SCATTERED NEARBY. (A C JACKSON & C A RACEY). NCA. SEP 2017/000002822 3.5.17 EXAM'D 12.12.16; IN 5436.703N, 0052.529W [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 23.9MTRS IN GEN DEPTH 28MTRS, LENGTH 14.31MTRS, WIDTH 5.6MTRS, HEIGHT 3.7MTRS, ORIENTATION 165/345 DEGS. WRECK IS SEVERELY DEGRADED BUT THE REMAINING PARTS APPEAR TO SIT UPRIGHT ON THE SEABED. (MMT, HI 1491). AMEND DW 23.5MTRS IN REVISED POSN.
