Name: HMS NESSUS

Length 82.9 meter, width: 8.2 meter, draught: 3, tonnage 1022 ton

Cause: built in 1915 by swan hunter & wigham richardson, wallsend-on-tyne. s turbines of 25000shp, twin shaft. 3 x 4 inch guns. sank after collision with cruiser amphitrite in dense fog whilst patrolling in north sea. (dods & sibi).

LENGTH 68.5MTRS, WIDTH 8.8MTRS, HT 4.2MTRS. LIES 151/331 DEGS WITH BOWS NW. APPEARS TO HAVE STERN MISSING. POSSIBLY NESSUS. (NETSURVEY, HI 1218). AMEND WK 59MTRS N REVISED POSN.
