Cause: built as renown in 1890 by pembroke dock. completed in may 1891. armed with four 13.5 inch, ten 6 inch and 16 six-pounder guns, seven torpedo tubes. eight boilers, twin triple expansion engine, twin shaft. sunk while in use as gunnery target, propellers and portable fittings having been stripped.
