Cause: built in 1930 by cochrane & sons ltd, selby. purchased 8.1939 as a minesweeper. one boiler, triple expansion engine of 96nhp, single shaft. one 12 pdr gun. sunk by german aircraft. two men lost.

A LARGE GUN FROM THE FOREDECK LIES ON THE SEABED ALONGSIDE THE PORT BOW. HIGHEST POINTS ARE THE BOWS AND BOILER, STANDING WITH A MAX HEIGHT OF 4MTRS. SEABED SAND AND SHINGLE. (M PRITCHARD, 9.3.99).
