(SHIPS OF THE ROYAL NAVY, J J COLLEDGE). 17.8.70 ARTICLES RECOVERED BY D R WILLIAMS & D COTTON INCLUDE RIVETS, BRASS FITTINGS, COPPER NAILS, ETC. ALSO MARLIN SPIKE WITH BROAD ARROW SYMBOL. WRECK THEREFORE ASSUMED TO BE ASSURANCE. REQUEST MADE TO PURCHASE. (N/CP 53423/69). H2529/74 17.5.74 DESIGNATED A PROTECTED HISTORIC WK. (STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 457/74).

WHITE, LYMINGTON). 18.11.82 THIS SITE NOW KNOWN TO CONTAIN WKGE OF SCHOONER 'DREAM', WHICH SANK IN 1837, AND ROMAN COINS - TETRADRACHMAS, DATED AROUND AD 280, HAVE BEEN FOUND INDICATING PROBABILITY OF ROMAN WRECK ALSO HERE. (DIVER MAGAZINE, NOV 1982). HH232/720/06 20.8.97 RESTRICTED AREA AMENDED TO 200MTRS RADIUS CENTRED ON 533942.0N, 013525.80W [OGB], BUT EXCLUDING ANY PART OF THAT AREA WHICH LIES ABOVE THE HW MARK OF ORDINARY SPRING TIDES.
