Cause: Built by the sunderland shipbuilding co. requisitioned by the ministry of war transport for use as military storeship for normandy invasion. was mined - forepart sank. after part was towed to uk and had new forepart constructed, sailing again under name of 'treworlas'. (sea breezes, oct 1986).
