H2590/76 22.3.76 NOT FOUND DURING SONAR SEARCH. (HMS HECLA, HI 1A/75). NCA. H2979/74 22.7.76 LARGE WK LOCATED IN 500135N, 054019W USING DECCA. LIES E/W, COVERING A LARGE AREA AND ON ITS SIDE ON FLAT SEABED. UNLIKELY TO BE FOUND WITHOUT THE USE OF A MAGNETOMETER. (E GILES, 1.4.76). NCA YET. HH100/351/08 4.1.94 OLD, WELL BROKEN STEEL WK LOCATED NEAR RUNNEL STONE IN 500134N, 054027W USING DECCA. COVERS A FAIRLY LARGE AREA AND HIGHEST POINT IS BOILER STOOD ON ITS END WITH LEAST DEPTH 15MTRS [HW]. LIES GENERALLY E/W IN GEN DEPTH 17-19MTRS [HW]. CARGO APPEARS TO BE ENTIRELY WW1 3 INCH AMMUNITION MADE IN DUNKIRK IN 1916 AND DESTINED FOR ROMANIA. (G LOCKETT, RNAS CULDROSE, 7.12.93). CHART AS NDW PA. BR STD. SEP 2009000029168 19.6.09 NM ACTION TO INS NDW ON BA 777.
