MAIN SPARS AND METAL PLATES VISIBLE, PARTIALLY COVERED WITH KELP. PART OF STEERING GEAR RISES VERTICALLY NEAR W END TO HEIGHT OF APPROX 2.5MTRS. NO NAVIGATIONAL DANGER. (I TUNSTEAD, 3.3.91). INS AS NDW. BR STD.
