Cause: built in 1941 by scott & sons, bowling. an 'f' type dry coaster. owned at time of loss by the ministry of war transport. oil engine, single shaft. machinery aft by british auxilaries ltd, glasgow. passage cardiff for belfast. detonated a british mine 2.5 miles sw by w of skokholm island. capsized and sank 189 degs, 2.8 miles from skokholm. no lives lost. (sibi).
