(ll ww1). built in 1903 by w doxford & sons, with triple expansion engines of 300 nhp for 9 knots. owned at time of loss by sutherland ss co. torpedoed and sunk by german submarine 49m sw by s 0.5 s of the lizard. 31 lives lost.
