Cause: built in 1907 by r duncan & co ltd, port glasgow. owned at time of loss by scott line ltd. two boilers, triple expansion engine of 234 hp. single shaft. machinery by hutson & sons, glasgow. passage hernosand for liverpool. cargo wood, wood pulp and general. ran aground in dense fog. crew and three passengers abandoned in two lifeboats. all recovered. vessel later sank in deep water.
