HH090/605/01 25.1.94 PARTIALLY BURIED WK EXAM'D 17.8.93 IN 560835.4N, 023818.8W [OGB] USING MICROFIX [3 LOP]. LEAST E/S DEPTH 44.8 IN GEN DEPTH 47.8MTRS. SCOUR DEPTH 48.5MTRS. DCS3 HT 3.0MTRS, LENGTH 52MTRS, BREADTH 7MTRS. LIES 020/200 DEG, ON ITS SIDE. (OCEONICS (UK) LTD, HI 605).

- NM 559/94. HH264/400/04 30.5.06 LOCATED IN 5608.582N, 02.38.408W [WGD]. (HMS CATTISTOCK, ROUTE SURVEY OCT-NOV 2005). NCA. 4.12.07 DIVED IN 5608.587N, 0238.398W [WGD]. A STEAM SHIP WITH ONE BOILER AND ONE DONKEY BOILER, COMPOUND EXPANSION ENGINE, SINGLE SHAFT. FERROUS PROP WITH FOUR NARROW BLADES. ON EVEN KEEL WITH STERN S. PLATES FALLING OFF EVERYWHERE BUT STERN SECTION RELATIVELY INTACT. CENTRE PART HAS COLLPASED OUTWARDS. BOW VERY CONFUSED BUT RECOGNISABLE WITH MOST OF RIVETTED PLATES ON THE SEABED. WOODEN DECKING LONG GONE. GALLEY CONTAINED STACKED PLATES AND A GLASS JAR WITH A CORRODED METAL BAR HOLDING IT IN POSITION. CONSIDERED TO BE DENMORE. CINC REQUESTED. (DIVED BY J MCLEOD & M SINCLAIR, VIA M SINCLAIR). NCA.
