Cause: ex-neugraben ii '75, ex-heugraben '79, ex-tor ireland '77, ex-santa elena '74, ex-stella nova '64, ex-nordpol '60. built in 1956 by schiffswert c luehring, kirchhammelwarden, brake. owned at the time of loss by baltic sealine, s a. oil engine of 720 bhp, single shaft. passage londonderry for par. capsized whilst under tow and sank following engine failure in northerly gale. all 12 crew rescued by sea king helicopter. (msd & sibi).
