LIES WITH HIGHEST PART AT NW END, ORIENTATED NW/SE, AND ON TOP OF A SANDWAVE, THE HIGHEST PART OF WHICH MAY BE SHOALER THAN THE WK. LENGTH APPROX 65MTRS, WIDTH 8MTRS. NO CARGO, BOILER, ENGINE, MACHINERY OR PROPELLERS FOUND. SW END OF HULL IS V BROKEN UP. A SEPARATE PIECE OF WRECKAGE A STRANGE TYPE OF TOWER OR PLATFORM WHICH HAS A HOLE ABOUT 2FT DIAMETER AT THE TOP, LIES CLOSE BY. (K HURLEY, 8.7.93). INS AS WK 27MTRS. BR STD. HH100/351/08 8.9.94 WK DIVED AND REEXAMINED. CONFIRMED THAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE WK OF SMALL LIGHTSHIP. BOW AND STERN POSTS DISCERNABLE. LIES NNE/SSW, TURRET AT THE NNE END. LENGTH 60/70 FT, BEAM 20 FT. (K HURLEY, LTR DTD 11.8.94). HH100/351/100 9.4.96 PROBABLY THE CAERNARVON BAY LT VESSEL WHICH WAS SUNK DURING WW1. (J SHAW). SEP 2015/000055076 4.1.16 EXAM'D 10.7.2015 IN 5304.604N, 0437.256W [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 28.2MTRS IN GEN DEPTH 30MTRS. LENGTH 18MTRS, WIDTH 6MTRS, HEIGHT 2.7MTRS, ORIENTATION 180/000. MAGNETOMETER READING STRONG. (HI 1451, MMT (UK)). AMEND NDW 28MTRS IN REVISED POSN.
