SLIGHT DOPPLER EFFECT, BUT THIS THOUGHT DUE TO TIDAL STREAM. (FOSM TELECON, DTD, 29.2.80). CHART AS USC PA 55FMS. R/P. 18.3.82 NOW CHARTED AS USC PA 100MTRS. NC 1234.
