- NM 1086/41. H1682/41 29.9.1941 HMS UIVER (M/S TRAWLER) REPD, WHILST CARRYING OUT OROPESA SWEEP ON 20.4.41, THAT WIRE PARTED ON AN OBSTN IN 513826N, 052457W. POSN BY HSA. SWEEP WHICH WAS CUT CLEAN WAS SET TO 10FMS. (FOIC MILFORD HAVEN, 28.4.41). H4819/71 22.11.71 LOCATED IN 513816N, 052512W [OGB] USING DECCA. LEAST E/S DEPTH 50 IN GEN DEPTH 56 TO 58MTRS. SEVERAL STEEP PINNACLES IN VICINITY OF REPD POSN THE HIGHEST OF WHICH GIVES A GOOD SONAR RESPONSE RISES 6 TO 8MTRS ABOVE SEABED. (HMS WOODLARK, HI 43/71) AMEND TO WK 27FMS. BR STD. 6.4.72 AMEND TO OBSTN PA 27FMS. NC 1478. H4819/71 8.11.72 LOCATED IN 513810N, 052521W [OGB] USING DECCA & HSA. LEAST E/S DEPTH 55 IN GEN DEPTH 59MTRS. NO SCOUR. GOOD SONAR RESPONSE FROM ALL DIRNS. APPEARS TO STAND 4-5MTRS HIGH. THOUGHT TO BE LYING ON ITS SIDE IN AN AREA OF SANDWAVES UP TO 10MTRS HIGH WITH 50.0MTRS RIDGE TO N. IDENTIFIED AS WK. (HMS WOODLARK). AMEND TO WK 55MTRS.

NCA. 5.12.11 LOCATED 6.4.10 IN 5138.217N, 0525.482W [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 54.32 IN GEN DEPTH 58.3MTRS. SCOUR 1MTR DEEP AT WK. LENGTH 8.3MTRS, WIDTH 7.2MTRS, HT 4.98MTRS. LIES 000/180 DEGS. (FUGRO OSAE, HI 1328). ?DEBRIS OR BOILER. AMEND WK 54MTRS IN REVISED POSN. BR STD.
