INITIAL RECOVERIES INCLUDED PIECES OF SHELL PLATING, DECK BEAMS, KEDGE ANCHOR AND CABLE FROM THE CHAIN LOCKER. LATER A SECTION OF NO.2 HOLD WAS REMOVED AND SOME QUANTITIES OF COAL OBTAINED.
