TWO BOILERS & ENGINE WRECKAGE STAND ABOUT 3MTRS HIGH & THE STERN SECTION RISES ABOUT 7MTRS IN GEN DEPTH OF APPROX 14MTRS. IRON PROPELLER REMAINS. TOTAL LENGTH OF WRECKAGE IS ABOUT 100MTRS. (P C MILLER, DTD 15.10.75). H1288/76 11.10.76 WK NOT FOUND IN QUOTED POSN, BUT SCATTERED WRECKAGE SPREAD OVER LARGE AREA IN 15FT TO 20FT OF WATER, FOUND IN APPROX 545830N, 051100W. QUITE POSSIBLY THE REMAINS OF THE 'BARON GLAMIS'. (A R LAW, DTD 11.9.76). H1310/87/39 21.10.87 WK, ABOUT 300FT LONG, LOCATED IN 545841N, 051118W. ABOUT 300FT LONG. LIES NE/SW WITH WINCHES, 2 BOILERS (15FT DIAM.) & SINGLE PROPELLER. STERN SECTION STANDS ABOUT 6MTRS HIGH & IS ONLY 7MTRS BELOW SURFACE. BELIEVED TO BE 'BARON GLAMIS'. (G JONES, STRANRAER SAC, DTD 8.10.87). CHART AS DW. BR STD. 14.4.89 POSN GIVEN AS 545832N, 051109W, LYING APPROX 300 YDS OFFSHORE. (BSAC WK REGISTER).
