PLATING, GIRDERS, BOLLARDS ETC COVER A WIDE AREA. NOT CONSIDERED A HAZARD TO NAVIGATION DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE SHORE. (G J LOCKETT, 11.11.98). INS AS FOUL.
