H1938/79 10.12.81 NOT FOUND DURING SEARCH. (HMS FAWN, HI 59B/81). AMENDED TO DEAD. SEP 2010/000090928 9.6.10 OLD WOODEN WK REMAINS EXPOSED IN 5032.5N, 0455.75W [WGD]. WRECKAGE DRIES 1.3MTRS AND CURRENTLY PROTRUDES APPROX 1MTR ABOVE THE SURROUNDING SANDS. HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS HAVE REMOVED SOME OF THE MORE DANGEROUS WRECKAGE, BUT MANY HEAVY TIMBER BAULKS REMAIN AND ARE A HAZARD TO NAVIGATION. MARKED BY SMALL ISO DANGER BUOY. A WRECK WHICH IS NOW SHOWING JUST INSIDE THE DOOM BAR IS BELIEVED TO BE THE OTHER HALF OF ANTOINETTE (N.B.:POSSIBLY WRECK CURRENTLY LISTED AS WK_ID 17734?). AFTER DISCUSSION WITH WRECKS DEPARTMENT (T.ROY) AMENDED TO 'DISTRIBUTED REMAINS OF WRECK' AND KEPT DRIES 1.3MTRS AS AREA OF SEABED MOBILITY IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SMALL CRAFT ANCHORAGE.
