Cause: built in 1890 by r duncan & co. ltd, port glasgow. passage tacoma for falmouth. was wrecked on killigerran head in a southerly gale whilst awaiting the pilot. (cornish shipwrecks vol 1 & sibi).

POSN 500905N, 045850W [OGB] FOR FILING ONLY. 19.2.13 19.2.13 NOT LOCATED BY M/B. (EGS, FOR CHANNEL COASTAL OBSERVATORY, HI 1403). NCA. 29.10.13 29.10.13 BOW OF WK LIES IN 5008.971N, 0459.254W [WGD], IN A GULLY ABOUT 10MTRS FROM THE SHORE. THE GULLY HAS A SHALLOW REEF AT THE SEAWARD SIDE THAT STOPS MOST BOATS GETTING NEAR IT APART FROM AT A HIGH SPRING TIDE. AVERAGE DEPTH IS BETWEEN 6 & 8MTRS. (M MILLBURN, EMAIL DTD 25.10.13). BA 154 STS TO SHOW. NCA.
