OBSTN TO NAVIGATION JUST N OF SCARTH CHANNEL. (CDR J.PATON, TELECON 9.7.81). INS AS STPA, DRIES 6MTRS. BR STD. H1270/78 22.7.81 REPD TO BE THE ANASTASIA, WHICH WAS WRECKED SOME 35 YEARS AGO. IT LIES IN DEEP SCOUR AND IS OWNED BY MR KEITH BUTTERFIELD. IT HAS BEEN THE SCENE OF 5 DROWNINGS IN 30 YEARS. REQUEST MADE TO PLYMOUTH CDT TO DISPERSE WK. (BARROW SEA-SPORTS ASSOC LTR DTD 29.6.81 & ATTACHED CUTTING). H431/86/7 9.2.87 POSN 540905N, 031650.7W. (OS AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY 1.6.85, PHOTOPLOT PG 1835/1,2 LP1). AMEND POSN.
