This is how it works

1. Make sure you are logged in to your Water Map Live account, because your subscription will be linked to this account. Do you already have an account? Then log in. Don't have one yet? Then you can easily create an account here.
2. Your annual subscription starts immediately after payment. You can always cancel it via your account page, the subscription will then remain valid until it expires (365 days after your payment).
3. The extension is automatic and is done by direct debit. Of course, we don't do that without notice: you will receive an email a week in advance with the notification that the direct debit is coming. If you do nothing after that, your subscription will automatically be extended for another year. If you cancel, your subscription will simply expire, the pro versions will be deactivated and no more payments will be made.
4. Have you also installed the Water Map Live app? Then, depending on your subscription, you can upgrade one or more apps to the Pro version (it doesn't matter whether you choose iOS, Android or Windows, it can also be the same platform multiple times). Make sure that you are logged in on those devices with the account with which you made your subscription. You can log in with the double arrow key at the top right of the app. In that account window, you can also activate your subscription for the app.
5. The price includes 21% VAT. After purchase, you can download a specified VAT invoice from your account page. Do you want to purchase a larger volume? Let us know and we will arrange it.
