Lock chamber In bedrijf 24/24 en 7/7 (ook op feestdagen).
 
Voor pleziervaart worden er geen extra schuttingen voorzien dus best 12u op voorhand bellen voor goede service. Er zijn boulders voorzien in de kaaimuur iedere 20m en iedere 2m in hoogte.
